REFUND POLICY

At SOVA Guidance, we aim to provide thoughtful and high-quality reflective guidance and creative services.

Due to the personalised and time-based nature of consultations and digital products, the following refund policy applies.

Personal Sessions

Payments for booked sessions are non-refundable once the session has taken place.

Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Digital Products & Reports

Digital products, reports and personalised reflective materials are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

This includes:

Human Design reports

Reflective analysis documents

Personalised digital guidance materials

Downloadable content

Creative & Digital Services

Creative services, including content development, storytelling concepts, visual direction and digital production work, are subject to individual agreement.

Refunds for creative projects are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of the work completed.
